TurboSkyMount is held to the legal guarantees in force, namely, the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 to 217-17 of the Code of consumption) and the legal guarantee of the latent defects envisaged in articles 1641 and following of the Civil code. When you take action under the legal guarantee of conformity :\u00a0<\/p>

\u2013 You have a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods in which to take action.\u00a0<\/p>

\u2013 Where the contract for the sale of the goods provides for the supply of digital content or a digital service on a continuous basis for a period of more than two years, the legal guarantee applies to this digital content or digital service throughout the period of supply.<\/p>

\u2013 You do not have to prove the existence of a lack of conformity for 24 months following delivery of the goods, or 12 months in the case of goods sold second-hand.\u00a0<\/p>

\u2013 You may choose between repairing or replacing the good, subject to the cost conditions reviewed in article L. 217-12 of the French Consumer Code.\u00a0<\/p>

The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may have been granted. You may decide to invoke the guarantee against hidden defects in the item sold under article 1641 of the French Civil Code. Except in the case where the complaint is formulated within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity, it is up to the Customer to provide any justification as for the reality of the defects or anomalies noted. He will have to let TurboSkyMount any facility to proceed to the observation of these defects or anomalies. Under reserve of the possible exercise of the right of retraction, any return of product must be the object of an express agreement of TurboSkyMount and will give place, according to the case, to the repair, to the replacement of products, to the establishment of a credit or to a refunding of the Customer, after qualitative and quantitative checking of the returned products. Products must be returned with all accessories and any instructions that may have been supplied. The costs and risks of the return remain the responsibility of the Customer. In the absence of reception of the product by TurboSkyMount, no repair, no replacement, credit note or refund will be able to be granted, TurboSkyMount being in the impossibility to note the possible anomalies. In any case, the product must imperatively be sent back to TurboSkyMount following its preliminary agreement. Particular case of the accessories for cameras: if the responsibility for TurboSkyMount had to be retained for a fixing or an accessory of camera (example: fixing for camera), this one applies strictly to the product in question and does not extend to the contiguous camera.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
